Agustin Acevedo, tax ID (NIF) Z2826707N, address Carrer de París 73, 08029 Barcelona, España. Contact email: agust.acevedo@gmail.com.
The owner is a self-employed professional providing the service in their own name. As this is not a company, it is not entered in the Commercial Register, and the activity needs no prior administrative authorisation.
What the site offers
Planchetto teaches chess openings: courses with interactive lessons on the board, spaced review of the positions and reference pages on openings with data from real games.
The whole Italian, the opening pages and, for each paid course, its plan, its syllabus and its first lesson are free to use. The rest of the paid courses opens with a subscription, governed by the terms of sale.
Using the site
You may use Planchetto to learn and practise, for yourself. You may not copy the courses to publish them elsewhere, resell them, share a paid account with other people or automate downloading the content.
If someone uses the site to attack it, overload it or get around paid access, the owner may close their account.
Intellectual property
The course texts, the explanations, the selection of lines and exercises, the design and the code of Planchetto belong to the owner. Chess moves themselves belong to no one: what is protected is how they are explained and arranged.

Links to other sites
Some pages link to third-party sites such as lichess.org. The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content; if a link leads to something unlawful, write and it will be removed.
Liability
The content is reviewed with care, but chess analysis is never closed and an assessment may be disputed or go out of date. The owner tries to keep the site running without interruption, though there may be outages for maintenance or because of a provider's failure.
