Terms of sale
These terms govern the Planchetto subscription. You accept them by ticking the box on the payment page, before paying. Please read them: they are short and say what actually happens.

What you buy
A digital subscription that, while it is active, opens every lesson and review exercise of every paid Planchetto course, today's and those published later. It is personal: it is tied to your account, identified by your email.
Without a subscription you can use the whole Italian for free and, for each paid course, its plan, its syllabus and its first lesson. There is no free trial.
Price
There are two plans: monthly, at €9.99 a month, and yearly, at €69 a year, or in dollars $9.99 a month and $69 a year. Prices include taxes.
You are charged in euros or dollars depending on where you connect from; Stripe's payment page shows the currency and the final amount before you pay.
How the contract is made
You choose the plan in the notice that appears when you open a paid lesson and go on to Stripe's payment page. There you review the plan, the amount and your details, and can correct them before confirming. To pay you must tick two boxes: in the notice, the one that accepts the withdrawal policy; on the payment page, the one that accepts these terms.
You must be of legal age to subscribe. If you are a minor, the subscription is taken out and paid for by your parent or guardian, who is responsible for it.
The contract is made in Spanish or English, depending on the language you use the site in. Once the payment goes through we email you the confirmation of the contract: the plan, the amount, the date, how to cancel, your request for immediate access with the waiver of withdrawal, and a link to these terms with their version. Keep it: it is your copy. Invoices also remain available in the subscription portal.
Payment and invoices
Stripe takes the payment, by card or any other method you choose on its page. Planchetto never sees or stores your card details. Every payment produces an invoice, which you receive by email and can download from the subscription settings.
Automatic renewal
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, for another month or another year depending on the plan, and is charged to the same payment method until you cancel.
If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over a few days and you keep access meanwhile. If it finally cannot be charged, the subscription ends and access with it.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account, under “Manage subscription and invoices”. Nothing more is charged and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, the law gives you 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract (article 102 of Spain's consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users).
The subscription gives access to digital content supplied the moment you pay. So, before paying you tick a separate box in which you accept this policy. By ticking it you expressly ask for access to start as soon as you pay and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (article 103(m) of the same law). Without that box you cannot pay, and the confirmation email records it.
Refunds
There are no partial refunds: if you cancel halfway through a period, the remaining part is not refunded, because access is immediate and the right of withdrawal has been waived. What you do keep is access until the end of that period.
This does not limit your rights if the service does not work as described. In that case, write to agust.acevedo@gmail.com and it will be fixed or you will be refunded what is due.
Changes to the price and the terms
If the price changes, we will tell you by email before the renewal it applies to, so you can cancel beforehand if you are no longer interested. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
If these terms change, you are also told by email and the version above is updated.
Using the subscription
The subscription is for one person. The account may not be shared, and the course content may not be copied or redistributed. If it is, the owner may close the account without a refund.
Governing law and complaints
This contract is governed by Spanish law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection given by the consumer rules of your country that cannot be excluded by contract.
If you have a complaint, write first to agust.acevedo@gmail.com: you will get an answer within a month. You can also go to the consumer services where you live. Should there be a lawsuit, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
